For the Renter Who Shares

For the Renter Who Shares

We were out flat hunting (hopefully for the last time) and viewed an amazing ground floor, modern flat. The first thing that hits you as you walk in is the kitchen, which is actually a closed patio:

The room was full of light, there was green as far as the eye can see and wherever you were in the flat, you couldn't be more than 5 steps away from a huge garden. That garden, mind you, is communal. This means that wherever you are in the flat, 24 hours a day, anyone can look right into your life. Hell, they can walk right up to your kitchen window and knock on the glass like your a chimpanzee in a the zoo. The flat was the biggest surprise we had since starting our hunt, yet the thought of a kids' birthday party and me watching tv naked in my living room being separated by a thin glass sheet was too much to bare.
