The Perfect Stroke

The Perfect Stroke

I really believe there's a ghost in my machine, or more specifically inside my Wacom tablet. Sometimes lines come out perfect, better than I ever believed I could have done, and sometimes I just sit there frustrated as my drawing looks more and more like nothing at all. Most of the times it's simply a gamble: I just keep re-drawing the same line until it comes out just the way I want. I'm used to it, but for for Noam watching me draw is torture. And I can see why: it just looks like I draw a line, then delete it, Then draw the exact same line, then delete it again. Today she just stood over my shoulder asking me what was wrong with each line I draw. In the strip it ends after one frame. In reality it went on for a while.

P.S
I was going for 'The Perfect Storm' in the title. I guess if I need to explain it's not a very good title. I still like it though.
