In The Running


In The Running

It's an easy joke, but that's how I felt after doing a 10 minute run today. I'm suppose to be an athlete but had to stop catch my breath every couple of minutes. The last bit I had to walk as my head felt like it was about to explode. Maybe I really should just break it into two parts: 5 minutes arms, 5 minutes legs. hmm. 5 minutes legs sounds hard. Yeah, just arms for now.
