The last couple of days before the magazine goes to print are long, hard and painful. I've been staring at (two) computer screens since 10 this morning, and stopped pretty much an hour before my Capoeira class. Even now, 5 minutes before posting this I was on the phone with the office helping out with Photoshop issues.
So what do you when your eyes feel like they're about to fall out of their sockets? You take a break. But there are very little forms of procrastination that don't involve screens. Stupid clips on Youtube, news and articles, talking to friend: Everything is projected to your brain. So my only break from staring at a giant screen was killing zombies on a tiny one.
